Marlton Lakes is a beautiful and private, family oriented lake community in Evesham Township. Our friendly neighborhood consists of approximately 350 homes situated on tree lined streets around 3 lakes known as Flamingo, Crane & Swan. These lakes provide year round enjoyment for everyone in the community and are stocked annually for resident only fishing.

Over the recently renovated dam is a lovely walking bridge accessible to foot traffic and bikes. The lake has two seasonally life-guarded beaches, each with a playground and bathroom facilities.  One beach houses the Marlton Lakes Club House, while the other has the boat house and available boat rack rentals.  Resident activities can be held at both locations.  Additional community recreational amenities include tennis courts, basketball court, picnic areas, wooded walking trails, boating, fishing, and of course biking on our low traffic streets.  Our community newsletter and this website helps to keep residents up to date on neighborhood news.    

The Marlton Lakes Civic Association (MLCA) is managed by a group of dedicated volunteers, and monthly association meetings are held at the clubhouse.  Residents work together to keep our community beautiful and a special place to live and play.
